Patterning: wish list

Patterning is already my favorite drum machine! Her are a couple things I would like to see in future versions that I think would make it even better.

  1. A file system that would allow you to create folders and organize drum patterns, songs, etc. Right now there’s no way to organize anything.

  2. When in Song mode and the timeline is activated, you can’t start the playhead anywhere, but the beginning. This makes working on the timing of patterns that are at the end of the song very difficult. Being able to start playback and edit patterns anywhere on the timeline would be great.

  3. On the same line of thought, in Song mode, being able to set a playback loop anywhere on the timeline would be an awesome feature.

Thanks for the suggestions! Always like to hear them. You can double tap on a block in the timeline to start the timeline from that point. I agree that it would be better to just allow it to start wherever and also have looping!
