I can’t figure out how to do this. There doesn’t seem to be a MIDI out setting and it’s not transmitting MIDI out. Do I have to run it in a host or something?

Open up the editor tab using the the wrench button in the top right. Then choose “KEYS” and tap the MIDI button to open up the MIDI settings dialog. You’ll want to choose MPE and set your output from there.
